As I said before I downloaded and managed the mods via the menu ingmae not via NMM or TESMM. Uninstall both programs completely, and chose one mod manager. Alternately just delete them and start fresh. Uninstall all your mods with the mod manager you installed them with, move the zip files from your mods folder to another location to reinstall later. All my games are in the steamapps\common folder and NMM works fine. Having games in the programs folder doesn't make a difference. Make sure your mod manager and game are installed on the same hard drive.
